IMO Class 7 Practice Quiz · doty.gg

This is a free maths-practice website for students. We try to collect as little information as possible and we never sell anyone's data.

What we store

• The username and display name you choose.
• Your password, stored only in an encrypted (hashed) form — we can't read it.
• A security question and answer (also hashed) so you can reset a forgotten password.
• Your quiz progress and scores — which questions you answered and how you did.
• Your practice activity within this site — for example when a quiz was opened, how long each answer took, and whether the explanation or book page was opened — used to schedule reviews of past mistakes and to show progress to the account holder's parent.
• Optional: a mobile number, only if you choose to link one for signing in with a texted code. One number (for example a parent's) can be linked to several children's accounts.

We do not ask for your email address, home address, or real full name, and a phone number is never required. You can use a nickname as your display name.

Why we store it

Only to let you sign in on any device, save where you left off, show you your past results, and bring back questions you found hard. That's it — no advertising, no tracking across other websites.

Texted sign-in codes

If a mobile number is linked, sign-in codes are sent by our SMS provider, Twilio, which receives the number only to deliver the code. We never use the number for anything else, and you can remove it at any time from “📱 Phone sign-in” while signed in.

For parents and teachers

This tool is intended for school-age students practising mathematics. We deliberately avoid collecting personal contact details; a phone number is only stored if one is linked for sign-in. If you would like an account and its data deleted, contact the site owner and we will remove it.

Cookies & tracking

We use one piece of local browser storage to keep you signed in. There are no third-party advertising or analytics trackers.

Data deletion

To have an account and all its quiz data permanently deleted, contact the site owner.
